Give $10, Get $25. Now That's a Friend with Benefits

I've posted about Ebates before, but they've got a special promo running - new members get a $10 credit for signing up (and yes, I get $25. They like me better.) ;)

In case you've never heard of them, here's my spiel...I'm a huge fan of Ebates. Once you set up an account, all you have to do is log in, search for the site where you want to purchase something, click on the link and off you go.

One of my favorite things is that they list out the current promo codes for each company (free shipping, etc) and so far I haven't found a "catch" to going through them to place online orders, other than getting email updates on the latest deals/sales. Since I signed up (in 2012), I've received over $260 in rebate checks! The biggest I've ever received was last year for $60.

It literally pays to shop. :)

Song Talk show of the day - Since I'm posting this early enough, here's a link to "Movie Time with Matt" on Gregath and Smith. Click here to stream it live at 10am. I will post a link to the podcast once it's available.

UPDATE: Apparently they were covering live sports something or other, so no Movie Time with Matt today.
