- Work on blog post (✓ check)

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

Thursday:
- First day of interim (thank God)
- Dresses I ordered from Rent the Runway for Abby's wedding arrive  (squeee!)

Friday
- Pack and drive to South Dakota for Abby's wedding

Saturday:
- Abby's wedding!
- Hang out with Jessica, Tim and Mary Therese (yay!)
- Eat a bloody f-ing pizza! (you have no idea)

Sunday:
- Drive home from Abby's wedding

I decided to pamper myself a bit in advance of the wedding this weekend...hence the haircut and getting my nails done. They turned out nicely...thanks for asking! :)

I'm a little nervous about tomorrow. Again...nervous seems like the wrong word. I have been dreading the last day of session because it's Senator Coash's last day. I hate change and I hate that he won't be a senator anymore. It's just weird that after eight years he won't be here anymore. I've decided to watch the closing ceremonies from my office, instead of from the floor, in case I end up getting emotional. I have a tendency to weep at the most inconvenient times. :S

I have to leave work to grab dinner and head to the concert in like 3 minutes, so I've got to cut this short. My comment about the pizza is because I have been gluten-free since the beginning of the year, mostly in preparation for the wedding this weekend (hoping to lose a little weight)...and as a means of eating more healthful food. I have definitely been eating better, but haven't lost much weight (sigh). The biggest/only pro has been my allergies have (finally) been better the last three weeks...I'm now just taking 24 hour Claritin, instead of 12 hour Claritin D twice a day. I'm sure I'll regret it on Sunday, but come Saturday night, I'm so ordering a pizza! :)

Running late...need to run (literally)!

Ciao!

Song of the day: Currently my favorite Mumford and Sons song - "Believe."
