A corner unit...on the third floor...with lots of windows...high ceilings...brick walls...great kitchen with a nice eating area...and a laundry room. This would be such a fun apartment to decorate and furnish!
Completely in love.
See? Gorgeous and all my favorite things in one place!
A couple minor problems. It's in Lincoln...it's for sale...and costs around $195,000.
Merely details, right? :)
Anyway...just thought I'd share because it's lovely and I want it.
Enjoy and happy, happy Friday!!
