How to tie a scarf

So many scarves, so little time! :)

I have become quite the scarf wearer in the last year or two (I'm wearing one right now!)...which is terrible, because there are so many cute ones and it makes it hard not to buy way too many of them (ie. spend too much money)!! So far I've managed not to accumulate too extensive of a collection and have a couple favorites I just wear all the time.

One of the biggest issues I end up having with scarves is coming up with creative ways to wear them. I'm a huge fan of "infinity scarves" because you can throw them on and call it good...but what's a girl to do with all the other ones?! Purewow attempted to help with this dilemma in today's email update entitled, "Scarf-tyin​g for dummies," which included a handy little video called "Tie one on" that demonstrates three different ways to tie a scarf...the French/Classic Loop, the Messy Cowgirl and the Fancy Pretzel (my personal favorite of the 3).  It wouldn't let me embed the video on here, so I checked Youtube and found another really cute video that's 2:44 long called "10 Ways To Wear A Scarf" by Stella & Dot that had some great ideas.

 

The video got me to check out Stella & Dot's website and darn it if they don't have some fun things for sale on there! Consider yourself warned before checking out their website! :)
