One of the perks of being an Antro member is that you get "first dibs" emails that give you access to their new season or collection of clothes. Not that I've ever bought anything that way, because then they're full price and insanely expensive, but it's fun feeling special and to get a "sneak peak."
This morning they sent out an email about their "Archival Collection." In honor of their 20th anniversary, Anthropologie is reissuing 20 of their (and customer) favorite, limited edition clothing items, which for the next 48 hours are only accessible by Antro members.
Overall I wasn't a huge fan of the pieces they chose, but I did really like one of the dresses - the Archival Collection Stripe Dress. I think it would look really good with a jeans jacket (yes, I know...I think everything would look cute with a jeans jacket) and would be a great summer or fall addition to any closet.
This skirt isn't a reissue, but it is a new arrival. The Split Stripes Maxi Skirt by Bordeaux seems like a great change up on your standard jersey knit maxi skirt. The slit to the knee and the bandage detail makes it stand out from its plainer counterparts. As soon as I saw this I posted a link to it on Poachit.com, the website that alerts you when there's a price decrease on an item you like. The minute this goes on sale, it's mine! :)
